About the Speaker
Mark Davis is an independent contractor and principal partner in FlishHorse LLC celebrating 7 years helping local government with IT programming. Clients include the City of Eugene and Lane County in Eugene as well as the State of Oregon in Salem and Multnomah county in Portland.
